I am a Full Professor of Education Management. I am a higher education
specialist, with special interest in open and distance e-learning. I have more
than twenty years’ experience in higher education and I have written and published
extensively in the field of higher education in general and in open and
distance learning, specifically. I have more than one hundred and thirty
publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and I have successfully
supervised fifteen PhDs
